A caring city is a project that aims to design instruments, including digital tools, that facilitate conversation between people around what is important to them in chronic disease processes or during the end of life.

As a result of the creation of these tools and a Community network, we want to obtain information on the real needs of people and socio-cultural communities as regards end-of-life care and mourning, contributing to the creation of knowledge and the development of social transformation policies.
