The aim of the Xarxa Oberta de Barris (Neighborhoods' Open Network) is to help people to have a quality Internet connection, with a social and community base, ensuring access to the Internet as a universal right in the first phase of the process. For this reason, the beneficiaries of the project are family or cohabitation units that present violations of the right to access the Internet and/or digital technologies. Consequently, they are provided with Internet access and the responsibility for the management of said access is shared.
