
Public presentation of the Community Balance as an innovative tool for evaluating community management projects and improving democratic practices in cities. General overview of the Community Balance within the framework of the Citizen Heritage Program, focused on public-community governance, and the goals of evaluating and improving four key areas: participation, rootedness, social return, and care for the territory. An offer to open collaboration spaces with other administrations is also presented.
Presentation of the data analysis collected from the latest Community Balances of 2024 and 2025 by the City Council and the Network of Community Spaces (XEC), identifying trends and challenges in the areas of participation, rootedness, social return, and environmental care.
