Every Monday and Tuesday afternoon, from September 16 to November 20, from 17:00 to 19:00, the children's animation service returns to the stands of Canòdrom. With a recreational, preventive, educational, and participatory promotion purpose, this initiative aims to transform Canòdrom into a more playable space and a climate refuge in the heart of Congrés.
Although summer is synonymous with playing in the street, afternoons in the square, bicycles going up and down, running with friends, autumn still allows us to enjoy playing outdoors. That’s why, from September to November, the Canòdrom stands fill once again with games, creativity, and activities for children up to 12 years old accompanied who want to disconnect, play, and learn with their families and friends. The activity seeks to boost the life of the Congrés i Els Indians neighborhood and the whole city.
Playful stands for a more playable space
The Canòdrom aims to become a more playable facility, where children feel they have a right to public space. That’s why, every Monday and Tuesday afternoon from September 16 to November 20, from 5 pm to 7 pm, the children’s activity service returns to the Canòdrom stands.
The activities are led by professionals with activities focused on children up to 12 years old, accompanied, to help them work on different topics. Through open and free proposals, autumn afternoons are to be spent at the Canòdrom, meeting people, and creating healthy bonds with respect and creativity.
The children, accompanied by their families or caregivers, will enjoy a playable and inclusive environment to learn to grow freely. Come and play at the #OpenStands!
