Providing WordPress support to millions of users is an enriching experience full of learning. The Happiness Engineers, or Happiness Engineers, spend their days helping and solving countless problems and errors that can have a very different origin.

In this meetup, we talk about how a company as large as WordPress.com is organized in the area of support, and what the day-to-day life of a Happiness Engineer is like. We will also discover how we can make life easier for the people who are dedicated to technical support, to be able to solve problems more quickly. And finally, we will see a list of tips to always have our place ready and be prepared for any incident.

Fight Back Against Fake News: Take a Walk Around the City of Disinformation

Fake news are at the core of Canòdrom's new exhibition, whose objective is to combat the spread of disinformation through the media literacy of young people. The participatory exhibition, showcased as a metaphor of a city, can be visited from April 18 to May 26. It gives tools to make informed decisions, aimed at young people, and not so young.
