Ki-taek is the father of a family with very few resources, who lives squalidly in a basement in Seoul. His situation changes one day when his son gets a job as an English teacher in the home of the Parks, a wealthy family. Using his ingenuity, the young man will manage to gain the trust of the lady of the house, and so he will slowly introduce the rest of his family to different domestic service jobs.

Disturbing, touching and funny. "Parasite" swept the Oscars and the Cannes Film Festival. Bong Joon-lo presents a critique of the South Korean capitalist class system, which sounds very familiar to us. One of the most important films of recent years, which surprises the viewer by playing from comedy to drama, passing through the codes of horror cinema.
